In 1980, six churches (St. Luke’s United Methodist, St. John the Divine Episcopal, St. Andrew’s Presbyterian, Central Presbyterian, Bethany Christian and St. Stephen’s Episcopal) created CCSC with the vision of fulfilling the Church’s call to meet the immediate needs of people in crisis. Today, CCSC is a coalition of 40 unique Christian congregations working together to serve our neighbors in need.
CCSC’s mission is to serve the poor, hungry, disabled and otherwise needy while respecting their religious, ethnic or cultural differences. If your Christian church is located within
CCSC’s service area, we would love for you to join us in this mission.
