Christian Community Service Center (CCSC) is a well-established social service agency supported by 42 churches in central/southwest Houston working to alleviate the effects of poverty. CCSC is currently searching for a professional to join its team as a full-time Donor Database Specialist.
The primary responsibilities of the Donor Database Specialist (full-time, 35 hours/week, nonexempt) include processing all aspects of donations, correctly coding and inputting donations into the database, generating reports and donor acknowledgment letters, updating donor information, and general office assistance. This role also includes supporting front desk operations. This is a fast-paced position ideal for an individual who enjoys assisting with office management and collaborating with a team to continually improve administrative operations.
Requirements for consideration: Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills; ability to grasp and apply standards to donation entry; database management experience; multitasking capability; excellent written and interpersonal skills; and computer proficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of relevant experience are required. Prior data entry experience is strongly preferred.
Position Requirements: This position primarily works in an office setting. The employee must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery to complete data entry and communicate with co-workers, donors and callers.
