Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Career Coach

Are you passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and reach financial stability? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and creating personalized plans for success?

CCSC is searching for a dedicated and compassionate full-time Bilingual Career Coach to join the team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

The primary responsibilities of the Bilingual Career Coach include:

Providing direct client services, including needs assessments, service planning, coaching, and life skills training.

Helping clients set and achieve employment goals through regular coaching appointments and progress tracking.

Developing and delivering workshops and classes on topics relevant to client needs.

Collaborating with staff and community partners to enhance services and improve client outcomes.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies.

Requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (sociology, public administration, human services, etc.) or a satisfactory level of equivalent education and experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in case management or career coaching

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of community resources and cultural sensitivity

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the ability to learn specialized database and software systems

How do I apply for a position with CCSC?

What is the interview process?

Resumes and cover letters are reviewed by the hiring manager. Phone interviews are conducted with the most qualified applicants, followed by in-person interviews with the top candidates. CCSC requires a background check and thorough review of references with an employment offer.
