Martha's Way Program Manager

Martha’s Way Program Manager (Full-Time)

CCSC is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to oversee its long-running Martha’s Way residential housekeeping vocational training program.

The primary responsibilities of the Martha’s Way Program Manager include:

Overseeing logistics for the program, ensuring the provision of quality services, and providing accurate and timely record-keeping and data input.
Building an understanding of the needs of those working in the housekeeping field or seeking to work in the housekeeping industry, and planning services to meet those needs.
Promoting positive relationships with clients, those seeking housekeeping services, community agencies, employers, and homeowners.
Training and coaching staff in the curriculum and program processes to ensure positive results, quality of services, and program growth.
When necessary, serving as instructor and facilitator for the Martha’s Way training program using an established curriculum.

Requirements and qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the professional housekeeping industry
1 year of experience in a training or educational role, preferably within the housekeeping industry
Associate’s degree
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Computer-literate with competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Skilled communicator
Experience with program coordination and management
Experience instructing in a classroom setting
Data assessment and evaluation
Highly organized
